
David Andrews
President, National University
David Andrews currently serves as president of National University after serving as dean of the Baltimore university’s School of Education since 2010. Prior to that, his career at Ohio State also included positions as a dean of the College of Education and Human Ecology, interim dean of the College of Education and director of the Center for Learning Excellence. He worked at Oregon State University as a professor, research methodology consultant and head of the Department of Human Development and Family Studies. Andrews earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Auburn University in 1977, a master’s in child development from Kansas State University in 1980 and a doctorate in child development from Florida State University in 1983.
